Adon T. Rigg is a business leader, entrepreneur and sales manager. His 20 plus years of sales and marketing experience comes from being an entrepreneur and executive for fortune 500 companies. Adon is a member of SMEI (Sales & Marketing Executives International) and attends the UBC Sauder School of Business.
 
Along with business experience and a passion for sales and marketing, Adon will bring to our table the S.A.L.E.S. process. This is his own formula to assist you in removing potential barriers that face many people when introducing their product or service to prospective customers.
 
Adon will also explain the relationship between sales and marketing and how they are independent of each other, yet also a part of what he calls the essential six characteristics of high performing companies.
